They really need to change their staff. Or at least give them better training. How are you suppose to report neglect if the lady on the other line is jumping down your throat basically telling you your not telling the truth and even if you were, they can’t do anything. Like okay, it was hard enough for me to call. How dare you tell me that I’m not telling the truth. Maybe this is the wrong career path for that lady. Humiliated me all because I couldn’t remember the house number. No thanks, I’ll just call the National Hotline.

Speedy service, usually on most days I've been here. Only reason for four stars is because one time I called to ask a question about my medical/ Medicaid a lady that worked there got snooty with me. Canr rmember her name. Other than that fine.

Rude. Moved out of state, called multiple times to report the change for my daughter's insurance and no one answered, left voicemails stating change, finally get a call back 4+ months later from Karen(?) Stating "WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS FROM YOU" practically jumping down my throat and interrupting any chance she got. Whatever. Gave her our new info and hung up. Like I said, rude.
