It is very humbling to write an online review for such a personal event, however Peter, Gabriel and staff are worthy of the highest praise. I went through some difficult times and was referred to Fear Waddell by some family friends. Peter and Gabriel, both made me feel at ease and went over, in depth, my various options. I had a complicated bankruptcy and found it invaluable to have such an experienced and highly professional team handling such a weighty, life changing event. In court, it was evident that Mr. Fear was a cut above the other attorneys. They were prepared and many of the other attorneys were fumbling and had incomplete paperwork. The staff is all wonderful and make you feel at home. All questions and concerns were handled promptly and professionally. I would personally recommend the office of Fear Waddell to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional attorney to handle their bankruptcy.

There is always that saying, you get what you pay for, and the staff and Mr. Fear was worth every penny. Kayla was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on every step they took as well as being keen to detail on all the documents needed for my case.nnMr. Fear sat with me and detailed everything on the schedules and brought to my attention anything that may draw questions or concerns and we dealt with them at his office before hand.nnWhen I arrived for my meeting of creditors, Mr. Fear was already there waiting for me. Sitting and watching about 5 others go before me, 4 out of the 5 were missing documents and were rescheduled; their lawyers seemed lost and never intervened. One lawyer and her client were rescheduled almost immediately for missing documents.nnMy case was sent to confirmation almost immediately after I sat down, the trustee had no real questions for me and although she had a question about one particular document, Mr. Fear had it readily available on his tablet.nnThis is the second time I had to use Mr. Fear for hardships in my life and I am glad that I was able to hire him again to help me get a fresh start. I hope to say that I would never need his services again, but if I did, I wouldn't look anywhere else.
