I have repeatedly had packages shipped to my old home address. Eve after contacting the warehouse in fort Myers Fl where they assured they would have it fixed. Then it proceeded to happen again called 1-800 number they were supposed to fix it. But yet still delivering to wrong address again. Contacted wareshouse again still nothing... drivers are to incompetent to look at the label from the shipper and deliver to the correct address on the label.

TV arrived broken 16 days after the delivery date promised. 10 Calls and 35 days later - they deny my claim due to "insufficient packaging". Guess what - it was packaged using the recommended padding provided by Fedex. Yes - they denied the claim because they believe their own packaging isn't "sufficient to adequately protect" the contents...well that says something. At least I am learning how to be better at my job.

Our small business has used FedEx for literally decades. Until recently, they have been a great vendor of ours. I just received word from our office manager today that FedEx lost yet another package of ours (in just the last few weeks). This package alone was worth over $20,000. We have been unable to get any help either online or over the phone. Do I have to travel to Los Angeles in person to track down our lost package? Or can FedEx get it together enough to stop losing our packages and help our business instead of killing it? Sadly, FedEx appears to be going downhill fast... :-(

I have accumulated over 4 hours of call time with FedEx over the last two days regarding charges put on my account that we did not authorize. The FedEx representative that we originally spoke with insisted that FedEx has the right to bill me for any reason, at any time without my permission. Obviously I take issue with this illegal activity so I contested the charges. The representative lied to me about access to a supervisor but promised a call back the same day from said supervisor. I never received a call back. I called in the next day to further contest the charges and inquire about the non-callback. The representative that I got today was cuting me off mid sentence and eventually hung up on me. I called back a third time and was transferred to Executive Services. I spent another hour on the phone with them. End of story is that I did not get the refund for fraudulent charges and FedEx is "Very Sorry for my inconvenience". This is complete garbage customer service. I will be taking all our corporate accounts elsewhere!

What a terrible customer experience. Kathy in the claims department was unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to find a solution. I could not be more disappointed in how I was treated.
