This law firm has some of the most skilled attorneys I’ve ever worked with. I spoke with Mr Richard Brooks a handful of times and he is incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. The level of professionalism he shows is truly remarkable. I appreciate his friendly approach when it comes to my particular legal needs. I cannot speak highly enough of Lisa and Terry and how well they represented me during this very challenging and extremely stressful closing process. Even though I am a union member and they were a on a fixed pay scale: they went ABOVE AND BEYOND treating me like a high end client. When I first spoke with your firm I spoke with an older gentleman. He was short, abrasive and rude. I was prepared to find another firm. Then Terry reached out and put me in contact with Lisa. She was a welcome change. She was available at my beck and call answering all of my questions, providing me with guidance and preparing whatever materials/documents were required from my lender. She even prepared documents for closing that probably should have been done by the seller’s attorney but that gentleman was so lazy, if Lisa and Terry didn’t put them together, the process would have dragged out even longer than necessary. If Lisa wasn’t available, Terry stepped in and contacted me and provided me with the guidance I needed. At one point, when I was at my emotional breaking point and ready to pull out of the purchase due to the delays and stress on my family caused by the seller, Lisa remained professional, calm, supportive, understanding and talked me “off the ledge.” She took the brunt of my irrational tirade and moved past it like it was nothing. She explained all of my options and made me feel secure in my decisions, while also assuring me that I could always change my mind if needed to. She was prepared to go through with whatever direction I decided. I cannot imagine how much more difficult and stressful this process would have been if I were not represented by such an amazing team of professionals and supportive people. I not only had an extremely experienced attorney who represented me but one who did it like my friend. If this is the service they provide to someone who was on a fixed pay rate, they barely knew, I can’t imagine the level of service they would provide to “high end” clients? If I had to guess I’d say it would be exactly the same because of the type of people and employees they are.Your firm is very blessed to have an amazing team in the two of them and should be very thankful that they represent you at the level they do.

Really want to thank Mr. Kramer and Mrs. Lynne for helping my family with our lawsuit. They made the process really easy by handling everything on their end on behalf of us. Lynne is such a pleasure.
