Fidelity & Guarantee

I am very concerned as we have not been able to clarify several significant details on an annuity which we purchased recently. It appears that the agent has now gone rouge... no where to be find. After a review of the details there were several details which were not as agreed at the time. - Product was presented to us as a Fidelity investment product. Significant difference.

They are nothing but a scam. Lewis Lanza from University Heights, OH flat out LIED to me about the policy I was getting saying it'd be a 150k life insurance policy with the ability to get cash from it with no penalties. After paying $39 A month for 7 years, I went to cash out and was told my cash allowance is $270. Let that sink in, after 7 years... I accrued $270. Oh and I found out it wasn't for $150k policy, it was for a $100k policy. THEN, I go to close my policy and they won't allow me to because there's "a discrepancy in my signature"... So, I've had the same damn signature for 30 years and magically it's not the same. I've tried contacting the BBB on these guys but haven't found them yet.

This company is extremely unprofessional in their handling of Policy Holder's forms. Beware that they lose forms and then blame you for it.
