Recently got a house and the seller wanted to use Tracy S from FNF. Here are the issues we had with Tracy. 1) We wanted to put the property in a trust. She told us it's not possible and only law enforcement can do it for anonymity. So we went to another company and they were able to help us THE SAME DAY. The new company who IS more capable told us FNF just don't want to do it. PERIOD. 2) Tracy S mailed out the deed on July 9th and as of today we still haven't received our deed. I asked if she has tracking she said she NEVER used tracking and NEVER needed it! So here you are guys. This is the service we got !

Horrible. If you have a choice go anywhere else. On the day of closing we were sent to the wrong location even after confirming via email on where to go. Had to rush to the other branch before they closed. Response time is extremely delayed on questions. Basically the whole process was a mess and I’m still dealing with HOA paperwork that was done incorrectly months after closing. Random 900$ bill due to things not being done correctly and now I can not get any response on the matter. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I didn’t have the choice.

I have had the great experience of working with Margie. She works incredibly quick, communicates and gets back to responses to ensure my deals close without hiccups. Highly recommend Margie out of this office!!

Kathie Salas is one of the best escrow officers I ever worked with during my 6 years Real Estate career. She is always on time. Very well informed. Quick, precise, and clear during the whole process. Also very nice as a person. I would suggest her to anyone.

Worst experience with a company you could imagine. Unorganized, rude, disrespectful. For the love of god pick a different title company save yourself a headache!!!!!!! Kathie Salas is the worst to deal with she is unprofessional, rude and won't respond to Email's or phone calls to explain the company's policies We even asked for them in writing as well. Fidelity National should be ashamed to be affiliated with this branch!!!!
