I am the Southern California Coordinator for the CA Agricultural Mediation Program and Don Fischer is one of the mediators on our statewide panel. Don is currently the most active of our mediators, as Fresno is very much an agricultural region. I count on Don both as a mediator and as someone who is familiar with the region and the people. He has a long history of practice and his demeanor and professionalism show it. He is calm, measured, and committed to supporting the participants. I feel fortunate to have his skills and expertise on our panel, and I can recommend him wholeheartedly.
