Lame, not only did they refer my case to one of their partner firms, also the person I spoke with kept talking over me wouldn’t let me explain anything. Good to know that “JUSTICE” is not based on facts/truth/evidence/witnesses. So basically it’s open season on people like me who get arrested for doing nothing wrong to begin with, maybe I don’t know it all but I know enough it was a wrongful arrest, illegal search seizure, my rights violated. And it’s ok that the police lied on report to try and justify their arrest but completely ignore the situation that was unfolding across the street which I had no involvement in whatsoever but nah let’s arrest the whiteboy instead who did nothing wrong to begin with, easy target to jam up.

Advertises representation in police misconduct cases. I sent a request for information with just "police misconduct" as the subject and received a letter detailing that they would not be able to represent me in their opinion. My question is: HOW CAN YOU REJECT POLICE MISCONDUCT CASES WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INFORMATION WHILE ADVERTISING REPRESENTATION FOR POLICE MISCONDUCT?

Yesterday I called them for a malpractice consultation and I didn't even get a call back when they said they were going to call me back with a consultation in less than 20 minutes. I have a generative disc disease and been seeing Orthopedics Association of Michigan since 2021 and was getting my diagnosis mislabeled as a spinal stenosis and abnormal curvature of the spine. They purposely mislabeled me because the head surgeon told me he did not want to do surgery on me because I'm 30 years old and it would be ridiculous for him to do surgery on a 30-year-old male with dilapidated vertebrates due to degenerative disc disease. I was seeking malpractice consultation from them but looks like I'm going to have to take this concern elsewhere maybe Sam Bernstein can help me. Growing up as a kid I seeing Geoffrey fighting for people in their rights but that was the early 2000s I guess he's not as good as he used to be not as confident. They're going to let a 200 million dollar lawsuit just walk away from them. That's fine maybe they have enough money
