They arranged a settlement that I owed but the site wouldn't allow you on it without the file#. I think that should be something they tell you before advising to try paying online. I called a million times each time to get results and was later told of how busy one person was. If you have a customer service line, learn how to be a great rep to assist while making sure the customer has no further questions. Also, be proactive when you can to make sure the customer understands the online payment option because if you call back, they will not answer.

I am not sure if it's because of the fact that people are just not wanting to work now days, but these folks never answer their phone and they don't return calls. All I was trying to do was make a payment and had to call several times just to get anyone to answer the phone.

These guys are a joke as stated by everyone else on this thread, I went to court twice with these guys, both times set my payment at a certain Amount only to be told that there was never an agreement on that amount even though I have the court paper that’s been signed by the attorney and the judge for said amount. Got a watch these guys they’re crooked
