I received the worst legal advice of my life through Fisher law. I had been going through years of abuse and threats from my daughter's father, when Nicole Fisher turned down my case but advised me to get better boundaries and to tell my daughter's father that we would not see him when he was using intimidation or threats. It turns out, he did sue me for custody, created multiple false abuse allegations out of spite, and I have been told over and over again by lawyers that my biggest mistake was that day when I told him word for word what Nicole told me to say. When Nicole turned my case down I was represented by someone under her in her law firm - Sammi Sader. This was my second biggest mistake. Every single time, until the time when I let Sammi go as my representation ($5,000 later which I received almost none of back), when I was on the phone with Sammi telling her about what new crazy thing my daughter's father daughter was doing - Sammi would say everytime "Well this is what you get for having a kid with a deadbeat dad". She never stopped shaming me, and also didn't even help me. After I requested for her to not be my lawyer anymore, she was fired soon after. And when I asked Nicole for some of my money back, Nicole told me it was MY fault for not explaining sooner all the problems I was having. It was some real gaslighting. These people are the least professional, and least competent lawyers I have heard of. I am SO HAPPY with the legal advice I am receiving now, with 0 complaints, so this experience has taught me to trust sometimes it's really not me - its THEM.

I hired Nicole Fisher based on reviews I read regarding family law services and I was not disappointed. Nicole knew what we needed to do for my children and the difficult situation they were experiencing in my ex’s household. She knows the courts, other attorneys and will be completely honest about steps needed in any difficult family dynamic. My children are in a safer and much happier place now as a result of her services. During what was an emotional custody situation for me she didn’t always tell me what I wanted to hear but it was always what I needed to hear.
