Things haven't gotten any better with his assistant. She is really disorganized. Repeats the same question over and over again. He seems nice. Slow with everything but billing.

This company is terrible Nice old man BUT him and his assistant Vanessa Polanco are disorganized, have no sense of urgency unprofessional with paperwork and timelines we started the process with them back in January 2015 here we are January 2016 and they still haven't been able to file! don't let them fool you, or take your money There are much better companies out there, why do you think they are not listed on yelp!
