I had my virtual divorce hearing on September 15, 2021. He told the judge he’d have everything to him on that Friday, he had yet sent everything to him and I’m still waiting for my divorce to be finalized. It was a very easy one since there was no fighting over anything, we were in agreement just needed a lawyer to fill the paperwork. Guess I was expecting to much from him. I will not use him and don’t advise anyone else to. Very unhappy

I paid my retainer fees upfront and he never has done anything for my case. It's almost been a year and he still hasn't even filed the paperwork. He's a scam. Doesn't answer the phone calls, doesn't return your calls, or emails. He is never in his office. Do not use him unless you want to lose your money and time.

If you want an attorney that will fight for you and stay in contact with you he's NOT the one. Ive paid retainer fee and only heard from him a couple times he's even emailed me and just asked what i wanted. I want my divorce taken care of. Im about to file complaint with South Carolina state bar.

Never returns my call... I cant even schedule an appt. to see him..... They always tell me they will give him the message and he will call me back to schedule a time. I dont even know why he has a secretary or answering service if they cant answer ur questions or schedule an appt..

Mr fiuzat is very caring lawyer! He seems very well put together and cares very much about his clients and what they are going through! he is very straight foward and i love that about him. Most lawyers i have met like to put u on a merry go round and keep spinning it! He is not like that at all! He is a father, a husband, and a very caring person. It took awhile to get in touch with him but only because he is catious of who he talks to! I think that is very smart! However, once u do get in touch with him and establish a relationship u can really see how much he cares about his work. I am very grateful to gave him and am blessed to have him as our family lawyer! You can count on him when u really need him! Thank you mr. Fiuzat for all u do!
