Tom is a great lawyer Did a great job on my case He has his own style of handling a case. He was a court commissioner so he knows what he is doing.

Did not research my case. Unnecessarily delayed my case. Never met to consult on discovery from case. Did not even provide discovery on case. Did not provide a a final billing when I fired him. Did not withdraw from my case with necessary forms and provide discovery as ordered by the judge. Stated he was unable to email the discovery despite the opposing attorney emailed it to him. He took my money and did absolutely nothing of value on my case. Run away as fast as you can. Read other google reviews of him - I am not the only one.

Represented a friend of mine and didn’t do any of the foot work he was supposed to do as a paid attorney. He let the case drag out for almost 2 years and it still ended in a conviction for a misdemeanor. He was rehired for a separate case and when he continued to drag his feet we he was fired. He refused to return the full payment he received even though he did absolutely no work for it. If you want to a good lawyer who will actyall Fight for you, Thomas Flanagan is not the attorney for the job.

This is by far the worst lawyer that you could ever hire. He will take your money and never show up for you. He does not know the law, I was at the court house with him and he was asking other lawyers, how to handle my case, right in from of me, he did not know. He also had to go over the case with me again minutes before we entered the court room because he forgot. I could go on and on.. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS PERSON. And don't ever expect to be able to get a hold of him. He does not answer your calls and does not get back to you. Seriously worst of the worst.

Listen this lawyer represented a few family members and I tend to refer everyone to him. Mr. Flanagan clearly has the knowledge of law and he does not make promises and he does his job well. If you need a good, honest, straight-forward lawyer..... Call Thomas Flanagan, you will not be disappointed.
