First time I called about back taxes the person on the other line laughed when I requested a paper statement. Came to the office it is locked down and again the young lady I talked to on the phone did not want to send me a paper statement. She finally stated they had to request a statement to be mailed by the city. Shoddy unprofessional service.

This is a lawfirm. However, as many people dislike lawfirms; I can actually say that the personnel they have there are very nice people. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Thank you for everything Flores, Flores & Canales. Way to go! ????
