Frank and his team do a lot of work for our property management company and our clients. We often have to rework legal documents and settle disputes and answer questions at many condominium associations. The 30 years of experience and fast response from the staff members shed light on many difficult situations. They are always looking for a logical peaceful resolution. I highly recommend them for any landlord or condo association legal issues.
He represents the Board at our Condo. His lack of presentation skills is only matched by is incredible lack of listening skills. Whenever any statement is made he again repeats the same thing he's already said multiple times. He offers no insights, alternatives or guidance as he appears to only be able to stick to script on what he showed up with. Presented documents contain errors that he missed but offers no way to fix them and insists they need to be voted on. Avoid using this firm.
