Horrible law firm. Gave them my case and they said they would help, took a huge retainer upfront and my case has just been sitting there with them for over 6 months now.nnFinally called up to hear what is going on and demanding answers and they threw the phone down in my ear and told me to find another law firm(This was Misty Elwood) I assume she is the secretary or something,nnI asked to speak to Stacia Lay that is suppose to be my attorney, and I just kept getting she is busy.nnMy case isn't going anywhere cause they forgot to file the proper injunctions.nnReason of review: Poor customer service.nnMonetary Loss: $500000.nnPreferred solution: Full refund.

I had a similar experience, only in my case they lied so much in the court proceedings and documents that the case was eventually dismissed. I should file a claim for malpractice.
