I had court yesterday, i was extremely nervous and mind was everywhere. I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Neil Siegel. He was so awesome, and patient with me. He communicated with me every step of the way as well as he said kind words and made me feel calm. We also Won my case! And everything was dismissed. Thank you Neil Seigel! He helped me with the guardianship of my special needs son. He made the process really easy and was the there during the hearing. I would definitely recommend if you are unsure of how to go through the process.

Returned my call promptly. Answered all of my questions and never felt rushed. Neil made me feel he really cared.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrid communication. Does not care about anything other than the check clearing. Says one thing and then back tracks and says “well that’s not entirely what I said” like ok dude. After telling me to plead not guilty in my case (and I did) Neil figured out he will be out of town for my pre-trial and goes ahead and says “yeah, it just really wouldn’t be worth it to us to file a motion to have the date moved.” Like WOW, really?! That’s how he treats his clients. Like they’re not important enough. After speaking to Neil personally 3-4x about my case, still had no idea who I was or what my case was when talking to him last. Do not use this legal counsel unless you want to throw your money away. Lead me on the entire way thinking he would have everything handled, just to wait for me to plead to tell me I’m not important enough to work for. Unreal. Again, DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY OFFICE.

I retained Attorney Siegel for and ongoing situation that I had with a well-known cattery/owner in Ohio since 2022, of a kitten paid for in full but no kitten received. Per the cattery's contract I could only sue her over disputes in Ohio. I chose attorney Siegal because he is a licensed attorney in both Ohio and New York.
