Frank Smith Law Office

Charged $1400 for doing absolutely nothing. My husband had to call several times with no response. When he finally got to talk to him he couldn't even remember what was said at the time he had his first conference with him. Then charged $37.00 for copying things he decided he didn't need! Made statements at the consulting than later changed his story!!! I know he never spent the almost four hours he billed us for on the very little did. He secretary did most of it. DO NOT USE HIM. I used this law office to close my fathers estate and was very pleased. Frank is very knowledgeable and helped with a situation that came up in a timely manner. Both him and his secretary answered all questions I had and were willing to take the time to explain exactly what was involved and the steps. I would highly recommend.
