I have called, emailed and left voicemails for 15 months trying to resolve a billing issue with an HOA, and never received a response. I finally get an email back on a chain of emails I sent saying they’ve contacted me “multiple “ times, which is completely untrue. I have disputed the amounts every time while attaching all my payment receipts in the emails, and they still put an incorrect lien on my home. It’s almost impossible to describe the level of incompetence I’m dealing with.
Bunch of cheats. Will do anything for money. They were supporting a fraudulent buyer who withdrew at the very last moment without a valid reason. Stay away from these scumbags.
