Franklin D. Azar Accident lawyers are a really good organization for if your in a motor vehicle accident. They helped me and my family settle faster then I thought was possible. Alexi and Lindsey were both great and explained everything to me, took the time to make sure I understood what was happening which made me feel better. They always kept me in the loop which I really appreciated as I’d never been through anything like this before and had no clue what to expect. They kept me up to speed on everything and never lost sight of me. I appreciate them both very much!

The only issue i had was communication with my attorney. I would call and leave a voice message or text message but get no response for a very long time. I would have to keep calling or leaving a text message. Everything else was great. Lisa was very helpful.

They were very welcoming, I'm glad I went through there firm. They handled everything without me having to do anything. They made a hard and stressful time in my life so much easier. Thank you I will forever be thankful.

Beyond awful, Case closed due to their lack of communication. Called for a in- person consultation due to having paperwork needing to be reviewed. Got an over the phone consultation instead. Then was asked by Eric to take in my paperwork. Took my paperwork in & waited in office for 2 hours to speak to someone so I left. Called over 20 times to set up an appointment or an update on my case with little to no calls back. Beyond disappointed WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
