Very happy with the service that Jones & Associates LLC are providing to our law firm. Chiante was able to show up for IME/DME with a 24 hour notice and saved our case! That was our first booking as well. We also have quite few Spanish speaking clients and Chiante always make sure they get a Spanish speaking nurse to attend the IME/DME with them. She answers your question and ask you questions to make sure she is completing your return in accordance with IRS tax law. She is patient and very much on your side! She stands behind her work. Was suppose to help and did what i had already done and still said i owed something which is a lie. This could have been over in weeks but took months and i mean months. Mr.jones is very disrespectful i guess since it was a volunteer thing thats why his service sucked. I guess people dont believe what goes around comes back around. Probably not the same way but you got to treat people right.
