I wish the public had access to metrics that would track the fairness and effectiveness of prosecutors. This place doesn't serve justice. They think they can write their own laws and abuse their powers. I am sick of the stories I read and hear about this place. Courts like Kettering ruin the community's trust in the justice system.

Prosecutor Nolan Thomas withholds evidence of innocence. HE IS ATROCIOUS. He needs to be held accountable both in the courtroom and at the ballot box. Judge Fred Dressel should be held accountable for his prosecutorial bias.nnWhile prosecutors have a large amount of discretion in their work, they are NOT permitted to hide evidence that could be exculpatory for a defendant.

Society wins not only when the guilty are convicted but when criminal trials are fair. This trial court is not fair. Prosecutor Nolan Thomas neglects his constitutional obligation to share with criminal defendants all "exculpatory" evidence officials may have. Judge Fred Dressel protects Nolan Thomas and his misconduct.

This Court is so inconsistent and so biased. Prosecutor Nolan Thomas and Judge Fred Dressel are so corrupt. I will mention one case where there was a Dog at Large & No Dog Registration, 18CRB00975, and the woman had both violations WAIVERED. This woman let her Daschund loose and it caused the death of TWO dogs.

Nolan Thomas needs investigated for prosecutorial misconduct and obstruction of justice. The judge also should be investigated. While Nolan Thomas is crooked, Judge Dressel is simply unqualified, clueless and helplessly biased towards the prosecutor. Classic example of judicial corruption.
