I was referred to Barner&Barner when filing my husbands will - which was contested by adversarial family members. Brent and his staff were great ! Robb Armstrong was great at explaining the law and used his personal experiences and extensive litigation experience to fiercely advocate for me as my brother's guardian and in the fiduciary litigation. Brett Barner gave me good and honest advice as I was dragged into court multiple times on trumped up charges. Barner and Barner won everytime by sticking to the law instead of the drama from my sisters and their attorney. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them.

They seem to take forever in responding to my email requests for updated Estate information, like they were ignoring me. They had submitted a petition to Court stating that I had already received Estate accouting information when definitely I had not received such information so that Petition had to be delayed. I would never have them represent me even for free! I have a very negative feeling about them. My opinion: spend your legal fees elsewhere.
