Worst job I've ever had. The work is very easy and the schedule is great. You only work 3 days on and then 3 days off and the over time is awesome. But the staff is racist, bias and treat their employees unequal. There are employees having sexual relationships in the fab and the supervisors as well as the higher up turn a blind eye to it. This company is deceiving they want "yes" men and anyone who does not conform, they are slowly pushed away. I was singled out for months at this job. Treated horrible. I came in on time every single day. I did over time every week. No matter how hard you work for them, no matter how much effort, time, and energy you put in, if they don't like you, then you are picked on, singled out, and made very uncomfortable until you quit. There are managers and trainers having sexual relationships with employees but if you speak about it, you get told your the problem. My boss threaten me, told me if I make any reports to HR then I would be fired. Things got so uncomfortable, and so many illegal things were happening, I just decided to give my 2 weeks notice. I wouldn't recommend shopping from or working for this place. The tools are outdated and the work is fabricated easily just to get it to pass. There have been numerous times where I've personally watched cell leads, operators and maintenance tech make up numbers just to pass a lot or bring a tool back up. If your looking for quality work, this is not the place for that.

Bad Development support. . .

This is a work place that everyone dreams of being in. I was an intern at this company, and the work-life balance is perfect! Also you work with some of the best minds in the world at this place and get to meet some of the coolest people in the world! Oh, and you get lucky, you even get to play pool at the CEO's place!

A great place to work... if you don't mind a guillotine hanging over your head.nThey have a corporate policy where they "refresh" employees.. i.e. they lay off 10% of the workforce each year, mainly the older employees... and the years when business is good, they replace those with foreigh, lower salaried, h1b visa students/employees from asia.nAhh, what a wonderful environment to work.n
