I called this firm to retain assistance. The person I spoke too, Matt Eddleman, was the consummate professional and just downright compassionate human being. He let me know that he wouldn’t be able to assist me with my specific issue and could have left it right there. But he didn’t; he took the time to provide me with information to a contact that could assist me and even took the time to follow up with additional information.
