Frost Law Office

After discussing case with Mr Frost, he said he would review my information and call me for clarification if needed and give me a price for the case. After a couple of weeks without a return call, contacted his office was informed it was on the schedule. I requested price, was told John would call me with it. Another week "no return call"... contacted office again, was informed he was supposed to call and tell me he was not interested in taking my case! Leaving me with 14 DAYS to find another attorney! 14 Days to request video footage from Michigan State Police.. ( more than likely won't happen, damaging my defense). Awesome job Mr. Frost... Probably a blessing, doing this poor of a job communicating with your potential clients / clients , I can only imagine what a hearing would look like. (Contact with Mr Frost was handled by driver / representative)

I set up a phone consult. Did not call me as arranged, did not respond to my phone messages. Completely dumped me. As a small town lawyer this is a really bad move.

I worked with john on multiple occasions with family and for personal needs. I have been very satisfied in all cases and frequently recommend his firm to friends and family.
