I am so grateful I was referred to Amanda Francis with Fuicelli & Lee last year. Amanda is the best Personal Injury Attorney in the Denver Metro Area Hands down. I was originally with an Attorney that you see on Billboards or TV Commercials and boy was that a mistake. My first attorney abandoned me and literally told me to take a $2000 settlement. He didn't care or do anything to help me at all because "I didn't get the surgery". Amanda saved my life. She is a AMAZING Lawyer because she works hard, she cares and she fights for her clients. I just got my check today from her for a very big settlement. I am blown away. I had a very unique situation with my car accident, injuries and medical problems and Amanda took the time to understand my condition, treatment and severity of my illness and injuries. She literally saved my life by caring and fighting for me. She is passionate, aggressive and CARES. She won't dump you like my last attorney who I found on a TV commercial promising me the world. After being dumped by my first attorney I had like 2 weeks before a deadline to file a lawsuit because my 3 years was almost up. After hearing my story and being tossed aside by other Attorneys Amanda believed in me and cared so much. She got me a very generous settlement. As a client you have to be passionate about your case and fight for yourself but you need an attorney who will fight for you too and who actually has a desire to help their clients get the best settlement possible. The best experience ever- I was involved in a minor collision but needed transported to the hospital and had medical bills. All I wanted was for the insurance company to pay for the repair and medical bills. Well if you are reading here you know it isn't that easy... To make a long wonderful story short Amanda took my case along with the rest of the team like it was the only one they had- First they made sure I was physically okay (Thank you DR Ron) then they managed to get all the bills and repairs paid and some extra. They took over and said "Let us go to work" and they did!! Big Thank you

Despite the uncooperative and rude adjuster for the at fault party's insurance co, Jess would not take no for an answer. She fought until she got me my settlement. While I hope never to be in the position of hiring an injury attorney again, if I do need one I will be contacting Fucelli & Lee again.
