I can’t say enough about Attorney Novo for her going above and beyond in helping me find an attorney for an immigration matter for a family member after I contacted her. This all happened by chance after researching attorneys in the area, and reading her Google reviews. I was impressed with the genuine reviews, and most importantly, by the pride she appears to take in her work in her addressing the concerns by a handful of reviewers. It showed that she cares and is deeply passionate about her work. What impressed me more is when she took time from a busy day in court, after receiving my inquiry, to let me know that although she no longer provided the service I was looking for, she was happy to put me in touch with an attorney who did. And, that she did! She called me on her way from work in that same evening, and tried to get a better sense of how she could help. By the next day or so, she had sent me a list of names and ultimately one was available, and highly recommended, who took on the case. She also messaged to check on things a couple days later to make sure all was well. Gabriela Novo is a wonderful and very knowledgeable Attorney. Very caring and family oriented. Ms. Novo got my carrying concealed firearm dismissed and I was released to my family and my 4 months old son thank you Ms.Novo.
