My experience with the Gacovino, Lake & Associates firm has been wonderful!! I want to take a moment to write about how thankful I am to have been in such great hands. Everyone from the receptionists to the lawyers were helpful and consistent with quality. I was truly treated like family. I especially wanted to express my gratitude towards the lawyers Steven Gacovino and Doug Viviani, They held my hand through the entire case and always treated me with respect and dignity. They are the type of lawyers who go above and beyond because they are very passionate about what they do. In the end, they got me a great settlement too. One of the best parts about Gacavino, is they provide a very personal touch, you're always able to easily contact YOUR attorney and very rarely have to go through paralegals or assistants. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Im so grateful that I found this law firm. It was my first time going through a lawsuit so I was very nervous and uneducated. They worked with me from beginning to end. Even through the pandemic we managed to get things done. Even when I was impatient with them they was always patient with me (sorry Doug). Always responded promptly. Always informed me what was going on. They fought for me. They always handled everything professionally and walked me seamlessly through this 3 year process (was longer due to covid) Fran is such a sweet lady I can tell by her voice that shes a very loving person. Doug went the distance for me even when I was being too eager. Guys you turned the one of the worst things to happen to my life into one of the best. Everything went much better and faster than expected. Made everything easy for me, which in itself made it worth it to use them. I’ve told a few people about the amount they got for me and basically everyone has said, “You must’ve had a really good lawyer.” I’d agree that I did have a great team. Edit: If I hadn’t rated 5 stars already, I would’ve updated it to five by now. Very willing to help with any issues that may come up, whenever it may happen. They care about their clients, their work, and most importantly: justice.
