Didn't return phone calls for a month regarding the first issue I went to them about. They did collect the consultation fee up front, but didn't place a phone call they promised to make.nnZero help with my recent employment law situation.nnThese guys just play footsie with opposing attorneys. They don't hit hard.nnI found another guy for my employment law needs. nnHis hourly rate is higher, but he gets the job done in less time, thus leaving me with a smaller retainer fee.nnMy new attorney also gives me a realistic idea of what I stand to gain or lose.nnAlso, he works hourly, not on a contingency.nnFor a slam dunk case, W&F asked for both a 50 hour retainer AND 35% of any settlement. This is a ridiculous "heads I win, tails you lose" proposition.nnIf I had time, I'd go to TBA about their unethical proposal.nnWaste of money, and here's why:nnPeter Lynch would judge their business model by how much they spend on their designer suits and their lavish office. nnGuess what? They do this with YOUR money. Anyone who understands business would tell you they are a terrible investment. nnToo much flash and furniture... too little substance.nnJamie, the woman who answers the phone, is the only person of any value at the firm.

They won't call back you have to call them repeatedly. They have many excuses. They want your money. No empathy or willingness to help. Just about money.

Paid $250 for advice on how to handle a harassment problem. They took my money upfront but did not let me ask the questions - instead John interrogated me. Ultimately the harassment has increased to the point where I was actually shoved by a supervisor this week. They NEVER return phone calls.

Widman and Franklin are the best in Toledo. Very compassionate about my entire situation. If I ever need service again I will be contacting this team.
