I hired Sam Dally to handle a custody case. I asked him to arrange a meeting between the mother and I to negotiate a agreement. He suggested that he tell her to hire a attorney, I had to tell him not to give her free legal advice, he is my lawyer not hers. He called her and told her over the phone confidential information, breaking attorney/client privilege on his first interaction with her, she refused to set up the meeting. I contacted the mother myself, had a meeting with her and we came to an agreement in about 30 minutes. I spent hours talking to and exchanging email with Sam. He seemed to want to drag out the case and make it far more complex and time consuming then was possibly needed to increase his profits. Over all I would describe the experience as horrible, very expensive and stressful; they took my money and made the situation worse instead of better. Do NOT Recommend.
