We were trying to sell our house Buy Owner. We had been through 3 different contracts when we decided we would obtain a lawyer to help us with the sale of our home. We have always sought out referrals from friends, co-workers, and Angies list when needing help. Since no one we knew had any suggestions we Googled a Real Estate Attorney in Coral Springs. Several names were generated and referred to an Avvo rating. Andrew Garofalo's rating was high and we called him. He was not available but called us back in a short time.
