Gary is an extremely competent attorney. His "personal style" of dealing with his clients might not be stoic but you know exactly where you stand! He's not going to be banking extra fees, and gets the legaljob done.

This man is unprofessional, rude and crude. I have never experienced anything like this man. In the almost two years in one of his properties he has lost my rental payments more than half the time. In his words "Please Advise". How can anyone be allowed to conduct business so unprofessionally, and be so unethical. This man cannot be trusted. As of Friday June 28th 2019 I filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. I have turned over my bank statements as well as all written, and electronic communications from Mr Apps as well as the harassing voice messages. Do not trust this man!

Gary makes sure the job gets done. Easy to reach and affordable. Any other attorney in the Kalamazoo area is slimy and bills you for every sentence of an email or second on the phone. Gary never does this. I would and do recommend him to all other landlords I work with.

I THINK HE IS VERRY UNPERFFESIONAL,WHEN HE CAN TELL A CLIENT TOO DROP DEAD ITS NOT WHO I WANT TOO DEAL WITH.IT IS SAD AND HOPE THAT PEOPLE WILL SEE WHAT THIS MAN IS A CROOK AND RUDE
