I hired him for my son and he did nothing. His secretary Robert only would talk to me an he was very unprofessional. They collected my money but did absolutely no work I fired him and requested a refund instead of him putting my money in my hand he claimed he (Robert)mailed it out and as of today I’m still waiting on the money. Gary falls asleep while taking to him and never ever does what he suppose to do. He was canceling court dates but wasn’t informing my son of the cancellation so I would have to go to his office and most of the time he would be on vacation. He sucks as an attorney and needs to retire. Robert is very rude and confrontational.I wouldn’t recommend him to nobody. I reported him to the Bar association. I’m hiring a new attorney to take him to court for all my money back

I went with a friend who was in a desperate and immediate search for help, and he was given the COMPLETE opposite advice than we had heard from others we contacted; not to mention (IMHO), it felt like the advice defied all logic and common sense, and would have negated the role of an attorney: a wall of protection! Thankfully, and with more guts than I'll ever have, the friend resolved the issue on his own. The attorney walked away with more money in his pocket; (again, IMHO) having spent 2 minutes leaving a voicemail with a ridiculous idea for resolution. I would not use him myself, but I still say trust your gut... what works for one does not work for everyone.
