Gary M. Smith, Esq. violated Office Of Chief Disciplinary Counsel professional legal standards as an Attorney at Law in the State of Missouri & the State of Illnois. Mr. Smith repeatedly harassed, made threats & attacked me personally plus my non - legal counsel during a state sponsored MCHR Mediation, making racist statements to my African - American non - legal counsel & threatening me with hateful threats such as charging me legal fees if I didn’t attend his state sponsored mediation under his conditions. Mr. Smith also sent threatening letters, Information & correspondence to myself & my other parties, further directly violating Attorney rules in both Missouri & Illinois. Mr. Smith is in short a dangerous pathological liar who lies about people, clients & spies on his opponents in legal cases. Mr. Smith’s Law License must be disbarred & stripped away from him & furthermore fired from the Law Firm Of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh.
