My attorney was Sarah Jett. She and her assistant Otis were amazing. They truly made my case so easy to handle. I honestly did not have to worry about anything except taking care of myself and feeling better after my accident. I felt that they listened to me and kept me up to date all the time with everything occurring with my case.

I was on the way home from work one day on Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn, Georgia. There was lots of traffic. I was either stopped all the way like everyone else or almost to a complete stop and then all of a sudden I saw grey and felt pain. I was rear ended so hard that I hit the back of the truck in front of me. The person who hit me asked if I was alright and then tried to flee the scene. Lilburn Police saw him and arrested him. Yes, they took 33% which I agreed to, if it weren't for them I would have not received anything from the insurance company who low balled me every step of the way with my totaled vehicle claim payment. It's the insurance company's job to pay out as little as they can. I'm happy my injuries were not worse, I was paid for time loss at work and my medical bills were paid. Gary Martin Hays and Associates was a pretty good law firm, the only thing that I had a problem with was not being able to have weekly communication. I would have liked if my attorney could have kept me updated on a weekly basis. Basically, just letting me know what was going on as far as any updates or if they make contact with the insurance company. I am just a person that likes to be updated weekly. Other than that they are pretty good law firm.
