Chris and his assistant Kristine are absolutely wonderful! Both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After wrapping up my case with them I can honestly say I am happy with the end result. Chris was straight and to the point about everything and aswered any questions that I had. When Chris wasn't available Kristine was very quick at responding back. I would recommend them to anyone. You will be in good hands with them!

Easy parking helpful reception

Complete embarrassment! Had a 1 pm appointment scheduled with an email verifying the appointment. Spent time filling out stacks of paperwork driving to the appointment with Emily. Only to have her stand in front of a woman, herself and another couple telling us we missed our appointment. When we explained we had email proof of our appointment, she dismissed us and took the other client back saying if we wanted to sit around and wait we could, but we missed our time. Their screw up not ours and we were blamed for missing an appointment as well as not seen. Already stressed front he accident to be embraced in front of a room full of people was just not okay. Our email had a verified time on it; we didn't miss anything that we were told about. After calling and talking to a manager, his response was these things happen. Avoid these people they do not care about you or your time.
