I’d say hiring GED Law was a great decision but reality is that I felt extremely lucky that they took my case. The 1st attorney Michael was fantastic and extremely supportive of my wife and me being with us at our depositions. Shara, the Senior Paralegal was on top of everything from start to finish. Marc, my attorney at the end of the process was a straight shooter and I whole heartedly believe that he achieved the best outcome for me and my wife. Some people refer to firms like this as ambulance chasers; GED Law couldn’t be any further from that. Hands down has to be the worse experience I ever went through. If your paralegal is Blanche your case is most definitely screwed. You might as well find another law firm. Her communication is absolutely horrible. She lied to me throughout the whole process of my hit and run case saying she’ll work on it and never did. I had to go out of my way and do the little that I can to get my own police report because she kept giving me the run around. I’ve had to call her every single time to ask for an update. The only time I received an update without being the first to call was by my lawyer Michael Westihimer which was towards the end of the case. I’m not going to sit here a talk bad about the whole law firm because i only had an experience with 2-3 people. Michael was nice enough to call and give me updates. But that paralegal Blanche is a whole other story. If you’re a paralegal then you probably hope to be a lawyer one day. If you’re doing a horrible job as a paralegal, imagine how horrible of job you’ll do as a lawyer. You don’t treat people like that. To top everything off that lady had the audacity to block my number after the lawyer said there would be nothing they could do about the case. Immature, petty, unprofessional, and let’s not even talk about being a good paralegal but a decent human being. If i was on trial for a crime I didn’t commit and GED lawyers was the firm representing me and I had Blanche as my paralegal i would much rather say i committed the crime even though i didn’t because i know my case wouldn’t stand a chance.
