I utilized their service during my first and only accident (passengers of a 4 car Frwy pile-up, black ice) almost 10 years ago. They are diligent. More recently I found out how poorly my case was handled. Our medical bills were not completely covered and the compensation after their cost was very low. I was unsatisfied and willing to go to court, but my attorney pressured me to accept the deal even though I knew it didn’t make sense. After falling into poverty I felt compelled to accept. Me and my two kids walked away with our lives spared, but worth less than 6k split 3 ways with my kids escrowed until 18. I asked why would they charge me so much and not even cover my medical bills, I asked since it’s my case I should be able to pay less medical bills so I could have more money and they told me no. They do not work for the client or maybe because I was young and black, either way I was clearly taken advantage of. Now that I’m nearing my mid-thirties the clear bias that I faced as a resident in Wisconsin was extremely evident, I was just muted.

On jury duty I was impressed to see GLR in action. When our daughter was rear-ended and needed back surgery, GLR was my first and only thought. Three years later I was rear-ended and GLR was there for me as well. Just dial 7's and you'll say thank heavens!
