Worst experience ever! Hired for an MVA that he clearly was unqualified for. After several months the only thing he got was for pain and suffering. He doesn't know how to negotiate, just simply told them my bare minimum, which of course they accepted. Screwed me out of $2000 worth of lost wages by misleading me as to what all I was agreeing to. He charges for every little thing on top of his percentage (not agreed to). Seriously, he charges for making copies! Copies he doesn't need to make because he should be emailing this stuff in the first place. It costs me half a cent to make a copy myself. He tried to push through paperwork agreeing to less than half my actual repair costs. It took over a year and I actually was the one who got my insurance company to pay for the repairs, in full. So he didn't even handle the basics of the case. He acted as if my insurance company didn't have to pay my medical bills too. Yes, they do. They have to pay up to $15,000 for ANY accident regardless of fault. They weren't doing me any favors, it's what they're required to do. Terrible at communication and clearly was out of his element. He was paid thousands and wasn't worth one penny. The entire purpose of hiring him was to get my insurance company to accept the claim under my uninsured policy so I could get my car fixed quickly. Total incompetence. Lack of details from the other reviews makes me think they are fake.
