I heard nothing but good things about this office and I was referred by my mom and sister. Carmen the Assistant is plain rude and so unprofessional. This lady has no manners at all. I called to ask about my case and she was suppose to call me back with an answer by Friday. I called Friday and nothing. She told me to call back Wednesday and instead I called Tuesday to try and remind her. Her answer to me was " I told you to call on Wednesday, I'm working on other cases! Working on people that already paid me" meaning my business ain't important because I haven't paid. Obviously I haven't paid because I'm still waiting for this lady to let me know if I'm good to go with my case. At the end she told me to go look somewhere else and that's how our conversation ended. Thank you for nothing!
