Most people don't have anything nice to say about lawyers, that is until you need one. I met Michael Mills through my sister who was along with me trying to fix a very complicated situation involving a family business. When I met Mike the first time it was like meeting a new friend, and that he is. He is a down to earth good man, yes he is a lawyer , but not what people expect, more like a good neighbor. When my sister and I explained what we were up against he was compassionate, and understanding and understood what we were trying to do but couldn't because we lacked his legal expertise. We immediately knew Mike was our man, he has integrity, not common anymore. We have been on a crazy journey together and he has persevered, winning our case. His assistant Lana was nothing short of awesome. I consider Mike a good friend, someone who has changed my life, literally. He has gone above and beyond what people do, I don't see him as an attorney, I see him a different way, he's a dad, a good man, and a good friend of mine. Amanda Haulstead is a cheating, back stabbing, low life lawer that you hear stories about. I won my case against her client and was due cash all written in a stipulation aggrement. Come time to write final check she interpreted an item in the stipulation so that i forfeit the last check for leaving trash at rental. Neither the judge or myself read it that way but she has done this to people many many times and knew how to write it so its confusing. I still need to file contempt charges and see if judge will rule she violated the sprit of the aggrement or if he will allow her legal wording trickery n deception and let her get away with it. She is expert lever at deception and lying. It was a better job than she did on lease. What she tried to do there was say that my claims were invalid based on item x and y which really had nothing to do with it at all but was written so complex i bet many people would simply say ok and give up. She will lie with a big southern smile and appear to be your friend while she stabs you in the back.
