Good employer - Good people but so there are serious problems with workflow, communication. I don't recommend the process mechanical group (paint-tooling) working in building 2. If you're an architect, working for building 1, you're probably ok.

God laid off from here, because their sales team could not bring in any work for my department. They closed and laid off everyone in that department, and folded on it. Shameful.

I contracted with them through G-Tech Services. They were fine on benefits and various administrative things. However, I was very much disappointed when I was dismissed in late December without notice. They knew weeks in advance my contract was not being renewed and didn't tell me until my final day was complete. It wouldn't have been so bad except that my health insurance then canceled on that same day. Ordinarily you have until the end of the month when being discharged. Knowing well in advance that my contract was not being renewed they saved a few bucks and had it canceled on that specific day. I only learned that my health insurance had been canceled that day when I went to transfer my health insurance within a 30 day time frame and learned at that time that I had much less time than I had thought to complete the transfer.

Helped build their second building with the ibew as a young journeymen. Glad i could work on this local project.
