I have gone to ken for all custody issues these past 4 years. I think the final straw for me was when explaining the most recent situation he stopped me and he said "I don't need to hear the whole backstory". Imagine how crushed I was when the opposing lawyer explained the exes side of the situation using the exact same words I tried to tell Ken. Ken talked to the opposing lawyer before even hearing my side of the story and decided with the other lawyer what should happen. The opposing lawyer wrote a response to our inconclusive and vague motion of which I wrote a detailed response. Ken forwarded my detailed response to the opposing counsel but it was too late, I had no say so and the judge made a decision. It felt many times like ken was on the opposing side or acting as an innocent bystander instead of as my lawyer. It's not until I have retained a new lawyer that I am learning all of the ways that Ken has failed me and my children. It's possible the damage can't be undone. I'm unsure whether Ken has grown afraid of all of the big bad bully lawyers out there or maybe he has always been this submissive. Either way he might want to consider a role in mediation as clearly he prefers to people please the other lawyers instead of fighting for your side. I would definitely stay away from here unless you're okay representing yourself while paying to have your issues belittled and ignored.

Ken and his team saved my life back in 2020/2021. Hadn’t seen my child in months and in the end I got him with 50/50 custody. I will always recommend him and his team to others who are going through anything close to what I was.

Mr. Gibson might not look like a gladiator but, he will handle your case with no fear! I was worried about my situation and he laughed at me and said that he can take care of me! He even stated a public defender would be able to handle it and didn't want to take my money. When I told him I felt better with his representation he didn't waste any time and quickly went to work for me. He's an honest attorney which is something hard to find nowadays. I will recommend him over and over. In the end my case was dismissed and this dude is a rock star! Five stars!
