Gilbert & Gilbert Law Office

Reviews

Well, my 80 year old mom got a 'final bill' from them in June for $150, which she paid, then another final bill in December for $500 more. Hmm, no invoice, and I've called this office to speak with Jen four times now to see if there were billable hours, and have not received a call back. Next stop, BBB and Attorney General's office. You think it's okay to give yourself a five-star rating? You were replying to my review. Ever hear of conflict of interest? Doesn't say much for your ethics, does it. So, if Jennifer did return my calls, she managed to do so without either leaving a message on my voicemail or even having your phone number register on my CallerID. Want to send me a record of calls made to any of the numbers I left? This firm did finally get around to sending me the invoices, but not until after I posted a one-star review here. And my mom, who had multiple copies of every other invoice, had not had copies of these ones 'from' September until last month.
