Mike Ginley did my closing. I bought a house that was in a homeowners association without him understanding that this was the case. At the closing, he asked if this was part of a homeowners association and their lawyers said "no, not a formal association". In fact, 20 years later I've come to learn that I am in an HOA and it is in my deed. Terrible job Mike.
