Casey Garrett is suppose to be my husband's criminal defense attorney & when I say she doesn't work for the one charged that's what I mean . She doesn't answer emails , she doesn't visit her clients that are in jail , she doesn't talk to her clients , my husband has so many questions about his case before court in July. My husband has had to file motions with the courts to learn what he has learned about his case along with what info I can get off the district attorney website. Apparently a person is not innocent until proven guilty in harris county according to the bond denial for my husband but can't find out about that cause we can't get Casey Garrett to answer our correspondence. My husband has request a attorney visit with her and of course nothing

Yesterday my son gave up his right to a trial, and signed for robbery which was not aggravated. Got booked in jail under an aggravated charge. I will post the video on YouTube to show you proof that he was offered one thing and booked in on another, AND how his office has been avoiding conversation since I just found out via someone sending me a screenshot of it. As I'm posting this review, be careful. Check my name on youtube soon for video within the next 24 hrs or so. Criminals do wrong and apparently attorneys are not always much better!! Spend the money if you can to defend your loved ones. Free ones can work with prosecution for all you know while they smile and soft talk you into a lie. If by chance it was on oversight, I will also publicly apologize. As of now, all I'm getting is sent to his partners voicemail and ignored. On the First call the secretary was supposed to text me Kirk's email since mailbox was full. Never did. Now all I'm getting is the run-around.

Had these two as attorneys about 10 years ago. They can’t do they’re job to save their life. Cereal box attorneys at best. Nice to see 10 years later they’re still a joke. Good job Kirk!

Oncken is a liar and works directly for the D.A. He lied to me for 9 months telling me my case was so close to getting dismissed. Then he tried to get me to take a plea bargain for 10 years. He is a sellout and should be ashamed to call himself an attorney.

I was fighting a felony case and my 2nd time with a felony. The lady, Ms. Casey Garrett got my case dismissed. I had 3 settings and before the 3rd setting arrived she sent me a pic of my acquittal papers a week before I was due in court.
