Many of my clients have used the Goggans law firm for their closings & they truly roll out the red carpet at their closings. I call on them as a trusted resource to help answer any questions for my clients. They make time to answer everything thoroughly! I can’t say enough great things about them!

Unfortunately, we had the worst experience with this law firm. As a military family, we had orders to leave on a specific date. The buyers of our home and their lending company somehow missed the deadline for our closing appointment. This resulted us in signing our closing documents in their lobby with no legal representation. Shame on us for not speaking up, but we assumed our realtor knew what she was doing. We asked for clarification for what documents were before signing; our realtor and the front desk girl had no idea what the forms were for. Apparently Stephanie was answering our questions for another room. Not one legal representative came out to assist or even introduce themselves. We were misinformed and mislead to signing the wrong documents. I guess that's what we get for allowing our realtor to google this type of information. After closing, we lost 3% of our sell. The legal office, especially Nick, made it very clear to myself and husband they do not represent us and would not advise us with any information. During our time with this law firm, it appeared to be very suspicious with how they run business. It appears money is their main priority, definitely not of the military families. Apparently, Nick told us they were very accommodating to us by allowing us to sign in their lobby. Lucky us! I hope this review reaches as many homeowners and military families to find another law firm for your closing needs! Do not trust this firm.

My closing was efficient and painless. They had a fun green screen and camera set up that let me get a cute photo of me in front of the house.

Nicholas is great and very detailed. Front desk is friendly. Finance personnel is too slow. Transaction was completed over an hour but still had not received my home keys.
