I award Goldberg Law Group - specifically partner Mike Goldberg, J.D. and counsel Stephanie Wolfson, J.D. - FIVE (5) stars. Areas of law: medical administrative - representing healthcare providers. Of note, Goldberg Law Group has offices in Chicago and Scottsdale. I imagine this review is unusual for providing perspectives working with BOTH offices through my different outreach projects. Regarding Chicago, I first heard of Mike Goldberg, J.D. through word of mouth. I have worked with Mike Goldberg, J.D. and Stephanie Wolfson, J.D. throughout the years on different projects. Both of them are renowned for their competence and people skills. I am begging anyone reading this review not to consider being represented by anyone who lacks people skills. Of note, Stephanie's impressive resume includes being former legal counsel for Illinois' medical board. After working with Mike and Stephanie for nearly a decade, I want everyone to know I consider the personnel at Goldberg Law Group trustworthy. Between projects, I stayed in contact with Mike and consider Mike a good friend. I have no issues to report. The following regards Scottsdale. I am currently the Medical Director of a free clinic that serves lower middle wage earners of the Noncoastal West, and Goldberg Law Group has agreed to assist me in my efforts to open Arizona location(s). We do this through providing accessible quality healthcare, providing opportunities to aspiring healthcare providers, and providing nonpolitically partisan advocacy. People like Mike and Stephanie, who have great people skills, are the types of representatives I want the public seeing when they hear about our Arizona location(s). My projects in Arizona are relatively new; but I also have no issues to report for this location, either. Attestation. I, D.M. Boren, M.D., Medical Director of the Idaho Falls Employment Health Clinic, PLLC (or IFEHC), hereby declare myself the author of this review. This review was not solicited. This means no one named above asked me to write it. I hereby pledge my word of honor that I have a business relationship, that the review is materially accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that I write without known commercial bias. I am writing this review because the people at Goldberg Law Group are good people and deserve to be recognized.
Michael Goldberg represented myself and my spouse in a very difficult and emotional case and he was excellent. He was professional, supportive, informative, thoughtful and represented us well. We were so pleased that we refer his firm to others who "are looking for a good lawyer." We can't say enough about Mike and this firm and will use him in the future if needed.
Michael Goldberg is a terrible attorney. He is unskilled and does not care about his clients. He does not keep his clients informed. He is very difficult to reach and does not return his phone calls. He assigned my case to an associate who was terrible. He had to fire this attorney in the middle of my case.He then assigned me to a young associate who just joined the firm. She had very little experience and could not address my concerns. He grossly over bills for doing very little work. He was never prepared for any conference or hearing. Under no set of circumstances would like hire this attorney.
I am very pleased with my experience with Mike Goldberg. I needed a lawyer for my buisness who has experience, as my buisness is sort of a grey area still within the cannabis industry. I contacted about 7-8 lawyers before I found mike Goldberg. Those lawyers previous to Mike turned me down almost instantly and would not take my case. Mike Goldberg helped me out a ton and found a way for me to operate my buisness. I couldn't be any more impressed with his quality of work. I would highly reccomend him to anyone needing a lawyer especially in the cannabis industry. If I could give him a 10/5 stars I would.
Mike Goldberg is a physician’s friend. I am a highly specialized physician with governmental credentials for administering radioactive materials in several states. My personal and professional conduct are impeccable. I’ve never been sued or disciplined for patient management. Yet, I found myself under investigation in 3 states, by the DEA, and by multiple insurance company attorneys for an incident where I rejected the propositions of a desperate female hospital employee who did not even have a college bachelor’s degree. My hard earned and expensive credentials were threatened by a politically correct collective that assumes men are guilty until they prove they are innocent. I went through a four year hell. Mike Goldberg was my fourth lawyer. He is the only lawyer i know who understands the physician regulatory statutes, which are different in every state. I did not have a DUI or a criminal issue, but I was treated like a derelict by those ruthless, lazy government and insurance company lawyers. Mike Goldberg saved my credentials, my reputation and my livelihood. Also - he cost a lot less than the my previous lawyers who did me absolutely no good. The most important thing for me was having Mike by my side at hearings. He attended my hearings in both Illinois and Kentucky. The guy was there for me when I needed him the most. My case is 100% over and I am a free man.
