Worst lawyer in Columbus Ohio. He will take your money and double charge you for service that he already charged for. He will charge you for receiving emails from the other attorney and not let you read them. He has no break down for what he is charging you for. I always paid him in cash and in a timely manner. I had questions about the double charges and he refused to call or answer any questions on these double charges. Because he knows he is in the wrong and thought that he could get away with it. A month passed with out a phone call back from him and now I receive an email from “Lee Rosenthal” stating that he was refusing to continue to represent me in court and the trial is next month and I don’t have time to find a new attorney because no good lawyer will take on a case in such short notice! I have use LEE ROSENTHAL two different cases of the years and have referred him several times to different people who have also used him in their cases. So that should show what kind of loyalty that he has for his clients. DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR ATTORNEY AND DO NOT LET ANY OF YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS USE HIM. Only gave one star because it would not allow me to post with out at least on star.

Mr. Rosenthal represented me during my 2021 divorce case. Although a divorce case is not pleasant in any form or fashion, Mr. Rosenthal is an experienced, down-to-earth and no-nonsense attorney who handled my case in the most direct and efficient way possible, given my circumstances. Mr. Rosenthal only did what either the Court or I asked of him, which eliminated any sort of additional billing or inflated costs. If anyone asked me to recommend a solid and honest family law attorney in the Columbus area, Lee Rosenthal would be my ONLY recommendation.

It’s challenging to write a simple review for a man I respect so deeply, whose work and expertise in the court room, protected my rights as a father and allowed me to rebuild our lives. To say that matters of divorce and child custody are stressful is an understatement. The challenges of knowing when to fight and when to negotiate, are often misunderstood by those without expertise in Family Law. However, Lee and his team provided that clarity and professionalism. I will never be able to thank Lee enough for his work and I would highly recommend Lee and his firm for anyone facing Family Law challenges related to divorce, property division, protection of parental rights, and child custody.

A few years ago Mr Goldman represented me against an insurance company who originally denied my claim. He was personable and professional handling my case with a satisfactory result. I would ask Mr Goldman to represent me again if the need arises.

We used them for stepparent adoption for my husband to adopt my son. They were professional, answered all questions and made it a very smooth process.
